One more reason and justification for advocating licensing of indepenedent examiners. Ohio requires licensing of all title agents and continual educational requirements are in place for them as well.

One should expect no less of title abstractors as well. Maybe a license to operate, contiunual education requirements, bonding, and proof of professional liabilty insurance is what is needed to give reputabiltity to our fees and services.

How you are treated by the principle is usually a matter of how you project to be handled. Remain professional, with an honest concern for their well being on your behalf. I see this as being able to pgive them more than the bottom line product for a reasonable fee, I communicate and project a professional responsible with an even amount of ability and knowledge and anyone who knows me , knows that..

Service fee collection and keeping a client is made difficult by those who only offer pricing as an inticement to their use, I find thay are short term providers, my abilities and services survive on a well balanced product , prompt, precise and professioanl services at a reasonable fee and knowledge applied through communication.

Wow, my wife says that may be all to deep. But none the less, it is all true, Strive to be successful and provide a reliable, reasonably priced product.
