I have a question for the attorneys; is it slander if someone is telling the truth and have proof to back it up? And wouldn't writing the names of these companies be of needed interest to the readers of this site? I ask, because I don't understand why everyone gets so bent out of shape posting the names of companies they are having difficulties with. I don't mean this as an attack to you Loretta; you're not the only one. I'm just trying to understand. Just venting about these unknown companies isn't helping anyone nor does it persuade these companies to be upfront with what they're doing. So basically the venting is going no where and isn't helping anyone. Shouldn't we protect each other?
