To Jay and others,

I work in the Dallas area in the title industry and have for 17 years. Sendera Title is a licensed Texas Title Agency started about 6 years ago by an attorney and his son (also an attorney).  They were originally called Blue Star Title until the beginning of 2006 when they changed their name to Sendera.
 
I know a number of people there, but I am not familiar with Lena.
