I don't know how a person can politely say, "pay me "x" dollars or I will politely sue you".

Since the beginning of the week, we have already knocked out all of the payments from the first week in April and will be processing most of the 2nd week in April today.  It will be a tougher challenge to get everyone paid on a systematic process if I'm faced with the "pay me my money or I'll sue".
