Thaks for the info George. Problem is I AM NOT A CARPENTER. My wife bought a bird house once and it came with all types of directions. I ended up using 1,500 board feet of lumber, 20 lbs of nails and six hours later, I had a feed dish for the dog. . I do know there is money in it thought. We have some investors here that would rather flip a house than eat. Ang, judging from the lifestyle they are living, they are making some money. I think I am just gonna stick to title. I would hate to end up working nights at Wal-Mart for the E & O Premium.
