I have already contacted my attorney regarding the matter and will let him talk to the oppossing counsel.

I don't search scared for I have qualified staff it's just that the mortgage docs didn't go through the fax and they were not reported so when I confronted the searcher she had copies of ALL the mortgages and resent them within 5 minutes. 

We revised the report showing 4 outstanding mortgages but that was NO GOOD for I even voided the invoice as a nice gesture but that wasn't good enough!

Anyway, I'll let my attorney handle it!
