The problem with reporters is (not you, Jarrod) they learn just enough to be dangerous.  They wind up knowing a little bit about everything and alot about...nothing.

Hey Robert, what say you invite this reporter to a "town meeting" right here on SOT.  Wouldn't that be some kind of event?  You could even invite some of the large title insurers. 

It might create some new traffic on your site.  If it crashes the site, we'll just have to go outside and get some fresh air!
