Jim,
I want to thank you for not running away and never paying your abstractors. My only question for you is, I have been waiting since February to get paid. Shouldn't I be somewhere on the list to go first, why pick April of 06 and start with the people like me that have waited the longest? My husband and I do this business together, we have 3 children (1 in college) and we need the money. We don't do this as a "side job" and our kids can't wait months to eat or get new shoes. This is our "bread and butter".
I hope that you don't take offense to that but I always take a step back when I have to wait 45 days to get paid from a company for fear that I won't get paid. I may be losing business over and not giving new companies the benefit of the doubt but I am trying to keep my head above water just like everyone else.
