I will never get tired to see peoples name.  SOT is a place where I can go and express my opinion, respecting my fellow abstractors opinions.

Since the death of my husband on 12/05.  We have been in business over 3 years.  We were thinking of raising our prices.  Actually he wanted to raise them.  I didn't due to our competitors.  Now that I am the sole owner, I can say, no we are not raising the prices.  But we are being firm with our clients.  I do give my employees a raise each year.  You need to appreciate your staff. :)

Now, if a client of ours, send us in order which they stated that is for one county, but we located in a different county.  We will charge them a $10 trip fee. No Exceptions.  They are fine with that.

They want a discount.  We would like to see an agreement in regards of BULK orders to our company, and we will give you a discount.  Meaning, you want a DR for $10 than we need 300 orders per month from you, with an agreement.

You want a 6 hour TAT for this Current Search, No problem, $45 instead of $35.  Etc...

They are willing to pay you, if they know the quality of the service.
