But I had a question, so I'm asking it while it's on my mind.  Do any of you raise your rates on a yearly (etc.) basis for cost-of-living?  We are still operating off the same rates as when I went independent 18 months ago. I know that's not long but, now with employees who will want some cost-of-living increase yearly I'm sure, I was wondering how often do you re-evaluate your rates?  All the years I was abstracting for someone else, I got a "raise" each year.  I'm not talking about just because gas is out of sight.  I mean, do you raise them a few dollars or five dollars each year, every two years???
