Judy,  I could be wrong, but I believe that this post was a hoax.  I don't believe that this company exists.  I did not like the looks of the post in the first place (very unprofessional) so I did not even try to answer. 
We then got the thread started " You call yourself an abstractor".  Also not very professional whoever you are "Annoyed/DC" 
I don't find any of this amusing or entertaining.  Reminds me of High School kids, who think they are smarter then everyone else. 
Again, I could be wrong, but I am much too busy trying to make a living to play these kinds of games.
Sign me also Annoyed in Cleveland!!!
