As yet, I am not doing commercial searches. Two of my clients have asked if I will do any or all of the following commercial searches: deed search, current owner, 2 owner, small business commercial, and full owner search. Are you doing these searches? If so, can I call you directly to discuss what kind of requirements there are and what to charge for these searches? I could really use some guidance.
