I've spoken extensively with Pavaso.  After the setup fees, they charge $45/closing, no minimum.  However, we have not moved forward with it because Ohio only allows you to charge $25 for each RON act, which is one closing.  We haven't figured out how to get around that.  Most of the lenders we work with do not allow their documents to be signed electronically.  I would like to be able to offer RON signings to sellers and cash closings, but it just doesn't make sense if we're going to lose money in the process.  A lady at our Secretary of State's Office gave me the name of another vendor that she had seen many online notaries using, but they were not on our underwriters' approved list and would have ended up costing even more than Pavaso.
