Great Post Bobbi!!!  Although I have not done signings in quite sometime, I try to keep up with what is going on.  I agree with your assessment on e-notarizations.  I have also spoken with several notaries who have the same opinion. 
Also for those out there doing closings that think that this is not going to effect their business, ---a couple years ago, I was listening to abstractors that thought that having records on line was a GREAT idea!  They could do their searches from their living room.  They didn't stop to think---so can everyone else!!!!!
