I don't know what to tell you Lisa.  I can do it in my counties.  I have done abstracting in all of the counties we cover in New York and New Jersey personally.  It is pretty darn quick and I do a very thorough job.  Our abstractors do not have to invoice us.  Most of our abstractors are independent and only cover one county.  Some do two or three.  It works very well for us.  Patty
