Good point David... there are a lot of differences around the country. I guess if you are charging a good premium because you have a lot of time invested in getting to the county, its not really a big deal if you spend an extra hour or so on the search at that point. When it comes down to it, we are all really charging for the time involved (and liability to some extent).
