I also believe this to be a totally great idea - but would the marketing occur to the title companies or rather to the banks and lending institutions?  I think the later and that would take out of the mix those title companies sending the abstracts oversees instead of to us.  I never thought it was the first line of the chain that was taking the work from us rather it is the VMs and title companies either inhousing or putting overseas - that is where we got cut.
