I just want to know if anybody has had trouble getting paid from Courthouse Connection. The original contact I had was Jessica. She has now left the company to become an independent abstractor/Title Company. Needless to say just prior to Jessicas departure I sent in my final invoice which remains unpaid (going on 6 months now). I called someone in their office only to receive a new number to send my invoice to because they claim they have no knowledge of what Jessicca had for abstarctors or what titles she sent to whom. Needless to say I have faxed this invoice over 10 times and still have not received payment. They owe me $397.00 which might not seem alot to some people but it does to me (pays my heat bill for the month). Please if anybody has any information on how I can collect my money I would be very appreciative. I really dont want the speech on how I can file a small claims or send this to a collection agency to recoupe. I am only looking for anybody that has a contact with this company to assist me with getting paid. I just dont have the time or the energy to bring this to a third party for collection. I am willing to offer a 20% kickback to whomever can assist me getting paid. This is what I have resorted to. I am so sick of working for these companies only to end up not getting paid. Same goes for Title USA which is also a non-pay company(38 invoices sent to date). Help
