I would welcome this guy to come along with me on my title searches.  I have had to go back to the patent here in Kansas, and search forward, probates (old old old probates), all sorts of court cases, and try to fill gaps in the title when individuals think they have inherited property, but haven't filed the probate.  It is obvious this guy has never run a title search in his life.  I have a few 60 year searches now that are metes and bounds that I would gladly let this guy help search.  No, it is not just a push of a button and print out your search, I only wish it was that easy.
