I cannot believe the inconsistency in rulings on this matter and heck, any matter.  Like I said I know a 19 year old kid that got 25 years for 3 DWI with NO accidents involved.  He hurt no one.  For that reason, I think the sentence was too stiff - people who kill people don't get that.  Now, I do believe that if he had 3 DWI he should get some sentencing and probably no driver's license for at least 5 years - but these people you are telling me that hurt another and are getting very little time is sooooooo alarming to me.  This is unbelieveable.  I think Texas is harder in its sentencing structure than most states.
