George, Thank you so much for your input.  I have not discussed with my current boss yet what he is expecting from me or whether he is planning on possibly sub-contracting me since he is an attorney.  I appreciate your input and think that I am going to love this new adventure.  I love being able to be away from the hum drum life of answering telephones and taking the messages.  Thanks once again.
