Well the news did explain some of our inability to drive, which is true, we bypass snow and have ice storms instead. There are semi trucks literally stalled on overpasses tonight. One truck has frozen brakes and cannot go forward on a very high overpass - stopping all traffic. The said they are responding to 25 accidents an hour and that is only the serious injury and accidents with fatalities. I just watched the news and over by David Bloys it is 12 degrees without wind chill factor. I have my fireplace going, my space heater by my desk, my heat up and a jacket on. I don't do cold well at all - get cold very easy. I will sleep in socks tonight - lol. I doubt I will even attempt to run my counties tommorrow - it is suppose to ice off and on all night - it just isn't worth your life. If they made it a law that semi trucks could not drive in this kind of weather I might try - but I saw too many accidents on the news tonight with semis that ran into guard rails and burst into flames, caused accidents, stalled on highways. I will have to wait and see what it is like in the morning.
