Hey Robert,
     with as much as SOT has grown since 9-04 you probably could just color the map with a red highlighter East of the Mississippi and the entire West Coast. LOL

Idea, I don't know if it would work, different color dot for cities/areas the have a certain number of listings, i.e. green for fewer than 10 listings, orange for 11-49 listings and red for over 50 listings for that city/area.
