I've never had any problems with Greenlink, and they're usually current on their invoices.  I did orders for Lending Tree before they signed up with ValuAmerica, so when they called to see if I'd sign up with ValuAmerica I told them sure - but I'm going to charge $5 more PER ORDER to cover the $2 fee plus the pain in my butt for dealing with that.  They didn't have a problem agreeing to the higher fee and I haven't had a problem with payment.  As far as Greenlink not paying more than $25 for a search, that may just be because your counties are online.  They pay me quite a bit more than that per search, but I've noticed it's only for counties that are not available online.  Good luck!
