I think you are right all the way. Some type of structure needs to be developed so we ALL can keep some sort of running on good and bad clients and for all the new abstractors coming in. And also for the new abstractors coming into the title business, I think some sort of certification or licensing would be appropriate. It would help us and our clients feel better about our jobs, our work and make our clients and potential clients feel better about using us. I personally will not be able to attend this conference because of previous plans already, but would love to volunteer to do something to help out as much as possible. I do independent title work, have my notary for Alabama, have worked in the mortgage closing side of it for five years previous, and now have my real estate license. I feel like I am qualified to do something or at least have my opinion heard. Thank you!
