We keep a running spreadsheet based on a sample that they sent us any time we get a search request. At the end of each month it is sent to them and we usually get a check within a week. They also ask for an invoice with each completed search request. When something on the spreadsheet is incorrect, they contact me, I fix it, and attach it as a reply. Normally they pay promptly.
