if you are talking about a system for abstractors you will want to check out QuestXpress from Integrated Imaging.  They have an on-line system where you or your clients can place orders, scan the search on-line (you remain in control of the documents), you can then either use on-line fax or on-line e-mail to deliver the search to your client.  It also interfaces with Quickbooks to help with your invoicing and there are numerous reports you can run to keep track of your searches, clients, amount of work you do for the client, county or even type of searches you do.  We started using QuestXpress in June and now can't believe we could operate without.  You can visit them at www.integratedimaging.com  or contact them at
