Might as well try it Scott. They do it to us all the time. Do you know of any other contract where one party is allowed to change the terms? Banks and credit card companies do this all the time. They give you an opt out opportunity, so long as you react within ten days. Uh, that would be ten days from when they mail the notice and they get around to registering your objection.

So give it a try, just give them the same opportunity to reject your offer of "better service" within ten days. :)
