Tennessee Residential and Commercial Abstracting - Doug  Taylor/TN

[-] HBL Abstracting Services Expanding - Jeffrey Brittain/SC (1 reply)

HBL Abstracting Services is looking to expand our coverage into a couple of new states. We were recently approached by a company needing a service provider for the following:

New Hampshire, Missouri, Wisconsin, Colorado, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kansas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Michigan.

The only issue is that we currently only operate in SC. and VA. Furthermore, we only have the work force to develop two, perhaps three states at any given time. Therefore, I am trying to reach out to any other clients that may have a need for a fresh, competitive vendor in any of the above states. If you are looking for a determined, aggressive new vendor to rejuvenate any price stagnation, or if your market seems to have lost its competitive edge, please let us know. We hope to determine where best our efforts would be utilized. We have a simple, yet effective development method that ensures we identify and utilize the best regional vendors as well as independent abstractors recruited to alleviate any spikes in the vendor pricing or gaps in regional coverage. Ultimately this process will result in costs being well below the market equilibrium.

If your company is looking to add a new vendor for any of the states above feel free to let us know where. Upon recognition of the next states to develop we should be able to have prices available for approval as early as May 10th. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

You may contact me by email via the address provided in this post, or by phone at
