We never exclude a judgment for a female based on middle name/initial and if a middle name is known and it sounds like it could possibly be a last name, we run that as a last name too. We completely ignore middle initials for women. We never exclude judgments based on an address.

Our basic rubric for searching is: "I'm not God"

...meaning, we have no way of knowing how many places someone has lived and what address may show up on judgment for our person, nor how many different name combinations a woman may have. In a perfect world, people would live in one place and keep the same name forever, but people own multiple homes and even rent places when they live other places, and of course there are marriages, divorces, etc. Also, I have been married twice so I could possibly have 3 different middle initials depending on when it was and how I decided to change my name after I married/divorced (keep my middle name? change my middle name to my maiden name and drop my given middle name? Hyphenate my name?) etc. etc. etc.

Also I have friends who have two middle names, so there's that. As a matter of fact, whenever I know the middle name of a male or a female, I also search the middle name as a first name  because you would be surprised how many people go by their middle name. That goes for men and women. I have found multiple probable judgments that I would have otherwise missed by doing that.

My motto: Better safe than sorry.
