You are not insured on the service area - you are insured on your work.  And as far as working in another state - other than different names for different docs most real estate transactions, I'm not saying all, are very similar in each state.  I think I could go to another state and pick up the difference with a short amount of time, but then again, my background was extensive in this area and matter that matters.
