Hi Anne,

I can't find any evidence that there was any kind of abuse, like in the case we recently reported.  I have a call into Robert to see if he can provide a bit more information.  I'll let you know if I am able to reach him.

In the mean time, just keep trying to contact him and work things out.  Hopefully you can speak to him and he can remove the review if he chooses.
