I have been doing business for them for about 3 years and I really haven't had any problems with my payments. When I first started doing business for them they were known as Fidelity National Lenders Solutions and then changed to LSI (Lenders Service, Inc). I don't even bill them. I send an invoice with each search (on their invoice form) and they pay. A few times I have had to call or talk to someone to explain why there were two invoices (1 for the search and 1 for the recording), but to date I haven't had any problems.
