That is exactly what I had in mind.

Kevin, from your posts I gather that you have practiced law for many years, as have I. And I suppose that we'd both like to see the evidence from both sides, rather than Mr. Shoemaker saying he is right and showing no evidence; and Mr. Davis saying that he is right and showing no evidence. I feel that the members of this board could look at the evidence and make a decision that would be indicative of a jury decision.
