Robert and Kevin - thank you VERY much for your responses. I will certainly demand payment and at least with the information you have shared with me, I can sound intelligent too. Just so you know Kevin, when I record a document in my counties it goes on record immediately. However, when I fax back the filing information, I put on an as of date (which depends on the county and how far behind indexing they are) so they know exactly what time frame I updated through. I feel confident I can now get this resolved - thanks again!!!
