I never had a problem with them meeting our fees for residential searches.  Even what we charge for copies.  They pay their bill within 2 weeks of us sending their monthly statement too.  And when we have a problem, Patrick is on top of it.

And Lisa, you will be happy to know we raised our fees.  So far everyone has been quite understanding and work has not slowed down.
