We just started to do work with them.  So far they are great.  They have a particular way they want things done and sent to them, but thats fine with me.  Before they accepted us as a vendor, they sent a load of information and forms to be filled out.  One form was for "our" pricing list and if you READ the instructions, it says that we will not be compensated for our overnight delivery of certified copy documents and for us to include our cost of shipping in our list of fees and they understand this fee will be slightly higher.  If we choose not to accept certified copy requests, it will not effect the number of plain copy requests we will receive.  I believe they do not care HOW you send the docs back...fed ex, ups, dhl, usps..ect, Just as long as you have a tracking number.  Hope this helps.
