I had someone order 3 different cell tower searches today.  And the due date is wednsday.  HAHA.  I called them.  One of the 3 is owned by the city school board since 1958.  I told them $150 an hour with a minimum too, and they said they have gotten many requests for these lately from their client and they aren't charging their client near that.  Well, unless you have the current leasehold policy and a really good site plan, I can't do this particular one in less than 3 weeks and that is pushing it.
They are getting back to me.
The other 2 don't look too bad, maybe a week on each.  But I still have to do all my other client work as well.  I can't let one search mess up all the rest of my work.

I have done alot of tower searches and never one for less than $1500.00.  They are a pain but I don't mind them when things slow down.
