Thanks for the response.  I apoligize for any misconceptions that might have arisen from this phone call.  We do appreciate your service for American Title and know that we have been able to keep and gain new clients due to your low pricing.  We are not practicing any nation wide plan to lower prices across the board.  We do have many top ten banks that we work for and in order to keep getting their business we do have to compete with other VMC's and the pricing we offer is in important factor to these clients.  With that being said, I did just meet with all my departments that hire vendors.  I wanted to address this situation immediately.  I explained many of the issues I encountered at your last national conference that I attended.  I told them that we must respect the obstacles that abstractors encounter when dealing with price negotiations.  Again, I appoligize for this situation and American Title, Inc. looks forward to building a stronger relationship with you.
