I had to go back and read your post - my apologies - I thought it was the start of a long legal - and I call it the country folk legal - I think they go into their attorneys and say - I want to give them my part up there - and I want to keep the rest and if that attorney drew up any papers that said anything different than that 1/4 NW corner of their lot they wouldn't understand it and that is the way the want it.
