Hi Shannon,

We really like our little scanners. We bought two of them so we both have one. I had problems at first with mine because I have WindowsXP but they have a great support site and walked me through. The one thing you do need to be aware of is you have to contact the manufacturer... email to send you the drivers if you have WindowsXP. They will email them to you. We purchased ours through Amazon and with shipping they were around $45.
