Hello All,

As many of you know, although Statewide Settlement, Inc. provides its product/service within every county in the State of New York, my personal office is HQ'd in Avon, New York, about one hour south west of Syracuse.  Next week, Barb, our Director of Customer Service and I are going to Syracuse to meet with a new client.  While there, I will do my very best to "sniff" around and try to determine where they (Lenders America) are, what they do, what they offer?  Rest assured, Statewide Settlement, Inc. is a loyal member/contributor of SOT and will continue to be for many years to come.  As I have stated many times in the past, what Mr. Franco has created is a wonderful venue to share, market, learn and create much like a fraternity.  However, marketing/sales is a never ending part of any successful business, thus, if there is an opportunity to expand our marketing/sales areas, we will do so.  We will not, however, align ourselves with any immoral, unethical, illegal or fraudulent entity (and I am NOT saying that Lenders America, their successor and/or assigns are immoral, unethical, illegal or fraudulent).  As a business, however, we as potential clients and/or industry professionals, certainly have the right to verify what other avenues are out there to increase our client base, profit margin and marketability.  In any event, whatever I find out, if anything, I will report back to you....JT
