Good theroy!  And probably what has happened.  The sad part is I do happen to konw someone (lender) who has told me about this when it happened the first time last year.  The national company stated they where slow and I thought nothing of it.  Since she knows me and knew I had been doing all of the abstracting soley for the last 2 years she approched me and ask if I was still handling the abstracting, I told her no they have slowed down.  Well she had no problems stating to me they had never slowed and she noticed that the work was awfull and full of mistakes.  I just simply tell her to complain to her rep. and let that go.  But this year it has happened again on two occaisions and that is what has just been bugging me.
