We have a very simple contract we use with our clients. It sets out our prices, conditions for additional charges, and terms of payment. It is less than a page long. If a client does not like our conditions, we just don't work with them. I don't feel these national vendors really care about the local examiner, they seem to be interested in turn times and prices only, not in the quality of the work. I know things are different in other areas of the country, but I am much happier here working with local clients.
