Good points.  However, if your "service" is above average, then it stands to reason your product is too!  My threads are NOT directed to the slugs who download bits of information regarding a piece of property and pass it off as a search.  In time, they will feel the wrath of clients or worse yet, E&O claims.

My focus and why I try to stay positive and helpful on SOT is for the true professional.  I have been, and hopefully not foolishly, ASSUMING those taking interest in my threads or the true professionals I mentioned.  You, Doug, Lisa, Loretta and so on!  The individuals who take great pride in their product, service and profession.

I am glad you placed your response Robert.  It forced me to identify my targeted audience and that is ALWAYS helpful.  I will, within three years, retire and begin teaching at the collegiate level .  Being able to identify your target audience is vital....especially when they are between the ages of 18 and 22...lol...GOD HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!...JT
