If anyone is interested, I have a custom software package that I could develop for your company. The program is a database program where all different types of search forms can be made as well as scanning a copy of the deed etc along with the report that you can fax to your customers, thus getting rid of the paper that people have for files. You can also invoice from the program, have monthly reports, subcontractor status report, open work reports, automatic pricing etc. One version can be placed on the web as well.
