Now I have a lot of different thoughts as to on-line searching, but this one really just got me. I sent an e-mail to the wonderful clerk in Suffolk County asking if they had any idea of the impact they were creating and a bunch of other stuff! Government should not be replacing or trying to replace private sector jobs. It is so far off from the whole point of good government.  As far as I see it, this is purely political and will come back to bite them. The second thought is "well this might be a good thing" as far as making a point to everyone who has a stake in it, i.e. politicians, title insurers, lending institutions, consumers and yes last, but not least, folks who make their living this way.
