Ok here's the update!!!!!! I went on my friend's computer to check it out and the problem is SOLVED! It was my port setting.

User name: SOT
password: member

these files allow 5 users at a time so I copied 5 files, if one doesn't work please click on the other one. you may see it defaul to M&M as the user name...please just highlight it and type SOT and then for password....member this is case sensitive. Thank you ALL for your patience and interest!!! These were setup for a 17' monitor so it may seem a little off on the intro page...my friend has a 15' and the intro page was a little off.
