Would someone pls. provide some highlights or a reference which describes the title/structure issues of a co-op v. a condo.
I have heard vague things like 1 parcel number v. separate for each (condo), etc. but those do not seem to be universals.
As I understand it, I am buying the right to occupy the unit rather than owning the unit. This seems like a subtle difference given that I can borrow on the co-op and pledge it as colteral.
