We do alot of that here already.  If anyone has a question, there are many people here to give answers.  Some are more burtally honest than others.  We do it all the time.  Read thru some of the pages of posts.  But we do not hav e alot of notaries here because this site began more geared rtowards abstractors.  But notaries are more than welcome.
